Washer Pump Half-full Of Water

I have a Duet Sport that wouldn’t drain. I emptied the drain catch and the impeller was clear, but it still wouldn’t drain and sounded bad. I pulled the drain pump assembly and the impeller fell off and the motor side is full of fluid.

I don’t think it should have fluid in it right? Not a oil bath, more likely a seal or crack leaking water? Anyone seen this before? Is it fixable or do I just need to replace the whole pump? Pictures below show motor housing and lines mark the fluid level. Second shows back of impeller, rubber shaft spacer?, and motor housing shaft-side.

Thanks for any help!

I’ve seen that before and so far I have just put in a new pump. Always fixes the problem.
