this kenmore washer works fine till it starts to spin. starts with a loud bang, keeps banging till i shut it off. it will bang with or without cloths in it. did find a small broken white plastic about an inch x inch on the floor with a groove in it, could not find were it came off, thinking maybe a spring?? everything else works great, it’s just the bang ing
