Kathlene,
Here’s something you can try,
Open the door and see if the inner tub is centerred in the opening(empty).
See if you can move the tub assembly around in various directions, and see if it sticks in one area.
Is your washer mounted on a pedestal ?(there will be a slight increase in vibration if it is).
Raise the two front lavelling legs(one at a time) and slip a playing card underneath the feet and turn them back down, put the washer into a spin cycle, let it get to the highest spin speed, and adjust the legs/feet until the cards cannot be pulled out from under the feet, and the vibration is gone.
Then, put the washer into another spin cycle, when it reaches the high spin speed, stand 10 -12 inches away from the front, can you feel excessive vibration in the floor ? if yes, you have a weak floor, if no we’ll have to dismantle the machine and start checking the suspension system for worn, damaged, weak parts.
We’ll keep an eye out for your response.
