I have a 2012 Whirlpool WTW4800XQ top load washer. The machine goes through wash step correctly. Then loads water for rinse, but then goes straight to empty and spin. The clothes are not agitated during the rinse step. This is also true of the extra rinse option - no agitation. Ideas?
