Our machine has stopped agitating. It spins and drains. I can hear it clicking seeming to switch cycles or is resetting. Any ideas?

Take off the front cover and you will find an inverter board on the motor that gives flashing lights as diagnostic aids.
This site will show you how to read them. Also, try resetting it and see if that helps.
