Washer still shaking

So, my washing machine shakes violently when in the spin cycle (even while running it empty). I changed the suspension rods and rod bushings. It did not fix the problem. I have searched online and called the local repair place trying to figure out what the problem might be. There doesn’t show to be a counter balancing spring that I’ve noticed on other models. Any help would be appreciated.
