I’ve seen a ton of similar post about whirpool washers not draining or spinning but none seem to be exactly like our issue. Our washer will get through a rinse but won’t drain and continue to the spin cycle. That said, if we manually switch it to spin it will drain and spin normally, it appears the issue is when it goes from rinse to spin automatically (or not in our case). I’ve checked the door switch and it is functioning correctly (completes the circuit when closed) so I figured I’d ask first before going crazy in the hopes someone else knows what the issue is.
