We need help with our above listed model washing machine. It will go through all cycles, putting in water, going through the proper time frame, and then pumping the water out. However, it will not agitate or spin the clothes. It was purchased in early 2008. What do you suggest? We thought perhaps it was the motor, but Bayo with your customer service department suggested it might be part #AP4380186, which I believe would be the transmission. The motor part we saw was AP4368119. Let us know your opinion. Thank you. Marilyn Aderhold
This motor stores fault codes and some of the fault codes shut down the motor. There is a flashing light that indicates the fault code (or lack of) on the inverter top of the motor. Clearing the fault code my repair the problem but it may come back. If the light isn’t flashing then the fuse may be blown.
