Washer wont drain but spins

I have read some of the other posts and do not see this anywhere.

Goes through the wash cycle.

Rinses, but wont drain.

I had the pump working on an empty cycle but it does not seem to be coming on during the spin/rinse cycle.

It will spin and just spins the water but no draining.

Any ideas?

Use a meter to see if current is getting to the pump when it is supposed to be draining.

If so, replace the pump. If not, trace the wiring back to the timer to see if you have a break or short, and if not the timer is likely the problem.
