washer won't drain

I have a g.e model gbvh5300k0ww front load washer that will not drain . I have taken the machine apart and cleaned out all the hoses and the pump and the filter but it still will not drain completely , I have tested the pump and it is working fine . Any ideas would greatly appreciated .

Come on ,doesn’t anyone out there have any ideas on what it could be?
