Hello i’m hoping somebody can help me out. My washer will fill and drain water, i can spin it by hand freely. But it won’t spin or agitate on it’s own. If it helps any before it stopped spinning and agitating it sounded like it was off balance going thru agitation cycle. The off balance sound has been going for quite some time, and i have tried shifting the load in the washer, and even trying lighter loads, it still makes the sound. I didn’t stick with it long enough to know if it sounded off balance thru a spin cycle. I apparently put the wrong model number the correct number is fwx233res6. Hope that helps
