The washer wont dispense the fabric softener Can you please help we just put a new pump in it. It works fune except the softener problem.
I am assuming you left the "g" off of your model numberand that you have the six valve water inlet assembly.
If so, then the likely problem is that the fabric softener valve is not opening. This can be due to either a bad valve, or it is not getting power. Check the wiring to the valve for continuity, and make sure nothing is blocking the flow of water to the dispenser, and if that checks out, try replacing the valve assembly.
