Water and Ice Maker hook up?

I just bought this used, but really nice shape. The water was never hooked up for the Ice maker/water outlet on the door (side by side). I see the coiled up clear line with two inlets in the lower back of the refrigerator part. I have the kit to hook the back connection to my supply line under my sink, I have no problem there! Do I need to hook that inside coil over to the freezer side? I can’t see a way to accomplish that from looking at it closely!? I’d certainly appreciate your input! Thank you!
