Water Dispenser Problem

I just replaced a new water valve that feeds (dispenser and ice).
I can hear relays clicking on main board and on new valves but not getting water at dispenser. I am getting water all the way to the connection just before the water line goes into the freezer door. What should I look for? I did try to blow air into the water line from that connection at the freezer door hinge up and from the dispenser down, but no air goes thru. Is there a valve or something that is blocking that area?

Thank you,
Fred

[SIZE=3]The line is frozen inside the freezer door. To fix this open the freezer door and press the door switch by hand. Then press the lever to get water repeatedly until water comes out. GE makes a heater that will stop this from happening. applianceman,
Thank you, Thank you.
I tried it as soon as you posted your answer and it took about 8 mins to start working again. The valve that I replaced was not working because I was not getting water to the connection at the freezer door hinge. That may have been the reason why the line froze in the first place. Never the less I will keep that heater part no. handy.

Thanks again, you were a great help.

Fred
