Water leaks from the freezer through a drain hole into the refrigerator where it looks as if it is supposed to drip into a "cup" device and drain inside the wall through what I hope is a tube into the tray beneath the refrigerator. Is there a way to remove this "cup" thing and clean out the path to the catch tray?
