During the final spin cycle water turns off and on sporadically spraying water throughout the final spin cycle, you can hear it clearly. Leaving the clothes wet. Washer is not filling with water during this time it is just spraying enough and often enough to leave the clothes quite wet. Is this the timer or the control panel or something else?
