We are trying to change the filter in our counter depth side by side Samsung Refrigerator. We have done this many times but this time the filter appears stuck. We turn it to line up the line with the label like always but the filter won’t come out. It usually just drops down but now it appears to be stuck and we are worried about trying to force it and breaking something. Does anyone have any ideas?
