What would cause water to flow through the duct assembly on my dishwasher?
Have had unit for over two yrs with no problem thought it was bottom door seal but it is airtight. There is water all over the floor coming out in a small stream right where the duct assembly is.
Duct assembly on a dishwasher never heard of it? Do you mean the steam vent in the front or side of the unit up top? Take a picture from where it’s coming from or look at the parts schematic on your unit here and identify the proper part it’s coming from.

I am not a repairman.As far as calling it the duct assembly, I was just using the term listed under: door parts, item 13. yes it seems like what you are calling the vent. It may actually be leaking from the bottom door seal. but the funny thing I cant figure out is that it doesn’t leak until its near the end of a washing cycle (about 25-35 minutes into the cycle)
Your vent may be clogged not allowing the steam to come out the front i had one today that was completely clogged so instead of going out the front or side of unit as it was designed it’ll find somewhere else to go especially if it has a gasket that’s worn is into the door. Then later on in in the cycle when it’s working all that condensation will drip down the inside of the door panel and look like a tub leak. Anyways here’s some video’s to help you figure it out. Best thing for you to do is remove the front panel piece part 20 on the diagram and leave the rest and close the door and test it you’ll be able to see where the unit is leaking from exactly. Also after your done make sure your unit is level from right to left and front to back otherwise it will leak again in time. Good luck
