Water keeps leaking into my fridge from the diffuser and ice has now formed in the bottom of the freezer. This model has the freezer on top and the fridge on the bottom. I have read that it is probably a clog in the drain but I cannot figure out how to access the drain to unclog it. I did not see any screws to undo inside the freezer. Do I need to access this from the back of the refrigerator? Please help!

Also often they hide screws under the freezers back panel seal.
Having the same problem. Not exactly sure what the diffuser is, but water is dripping/collecting in the fridge compartment and now there is a sheet of ice in the bottom of the freezer. Is this just a clogged drain tube issue? Hot water with a bit of bleach should take care of it?
