Water pooling on floor - ice buildup in freezer

Sorry guys I don’t have the model number handy (appliance in my rental house). It’s probably 10 years old and is a GE. It is a side by side with ice maker/water but I don’t have it hooked up to a water line. I’m getting water pooling at the front edge of the freezer door. Also had ice formed about 1/4 inch on the freezer bottom. There is no drip pan on this model and doesn’t look like there is any room for one? I’d appreciated some tips or general causes for this type of problem. Freezer and fridge both work great.

Below the evaperator in the freezer is a drain hole, this is where the defrost drain water goes down, and collects down by the compressor to evaperate away. That drain hole is plugged. You will need some hot water and a turkey baster to clear the hole. A hair dryer can be used to clear the ice away, but use hot water to get clear the drain.
