Whirlpool Accubake Top Burner Does Not Work

One of the top burners for my stove has stopped working. The other burners work fine. The oven works as well. It’s the right front burner.

The problem can be a bad infinite switch or a bad heating element for this burner. You have to check both parts for continuity in order to determine which part exactly is bad.
