I bought my home 1 1/2 years ago and the dishwasher was already in the house from the previous owner. After a few uses the dishwasher would not drain properly and water would be standing in the tub after completing the cycle. However, if I then would press "cancel/drain", the dishwasher would drain. That is how I ran it everytime… I would let it drain at the end by pressing "cancel/drain"
Now that does not work anymore either… It does make the sounds like it’s draining but nothing happens.
What could be wrong here and is it worth trying to fix? Or am I better off with buying a new one?
