My soap dispenser door will not spring open to properly dispense the soap during a wash cycle. I find the soap half dissolved in the bottom of the dishwasher after each cycle now. The part number of the dispenser assembly is W10224428. Do you know if the door of the dispenser is spring loaded? It just kind of flapps around and is not springing open as it did before when I open the door. Can you help???
