Whirlpool Quiet Partner II Dishwasher normal light flashes all the time. Disherwasher will not come on. Any held greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reply. Sorry couldn’t get back sooner. Unplugged ribbon and done test. Drain motor did not come on after 5 seconds. Tried twice. Which part do I need? Do I need a new control and what is part number? Thanks for your help.
There are two different control panels listed, probably two different colors. You will need to call this site to get the proper color one.

Thank you again for reply. Husband at work, I need to get dishwasher going so I was wondering if it is control panel #1 or the control electric part #9 that I need? Does control panel #1 contain control electric #9 also? Kinda confusing for this girl, is the problem with the panel buttons for wash/dry selections or the control ? Price difference in #1 and #9 makes me think control panel doesn’t also have control #9 in it. I appriciate any help with this matter. Will check back later, must take daughter to doctor.
