Whirlpool Dryer, getting Heat on NO heat setting.

Heating element wont completely turn off on no heat cycle. I’ve replaced the Heating element, the temperature dial, the thermal cutoff and the thermal fuse. What am I missing.

Unplug the dryer. Remove the wires from both heating element terminals. Measure the resistance between each of terminals and the ground. The ohmmeter should be set on the lowest possible scale.

One of the wires connected to the heating element should go to the motor. Find this wire. Set the meter on the AC voltage scale. Plug the dryer and measure the voltage between this wire and the ground (the dryer is off).

Post the results.

Here is the Wiring diagram.
