I get an F 02 code then the display says SUDS. I’ve replaced the microcomputer and the pump. I cleaned the inner and exterior drain hoses. I took off the boot hose from bottom of tub that connects to the pump it was clean. I still get the F 02 code. What do I need to do now?
Darn, what you did should have fixed things. I hate to suggest replacing more parts, but that is what you do with trying to fix these Duets. If you have a laundry sink next to the washer stick the drain hose in it and see if it really is taking a long time to drain, or is draining at all. That will give you a clue as to what might be going on.
If it does drain okay then try replacing the pressure switch, and if you buy from this site you can at least return it if that does not fix things.
