I have a whirlpool duet washer that has been a great machine thru the years i have replced the pump once . Recently the machine has a severe vibration or shake on spin the machine walks out of its position. The feet are all level and no rock in the machine.
I ordered and replaced all 4 shocks on the drum but still same. I noticed there are 2 springs that hold the drum in place on the top they are not broken but could they be the problem?
