I am getting the F-21 Error. I have cleaned out the filter and it is not causing the problem. I have inspected the line and there is no clogs or kinks. I have replaced the pressure switch also and spray out the line too it.

I am assuming the only option left is the pump, but the pump seems to work fine. When the error happens and reset it and turn it to spin/drain cycle and it pumps all the water out very fast and easy. So can the pump still be bad? Is there any other possibilities? All the wiring looks great.

These Duets are great machines but very difficult to diagnose.

If it does drain for a long time then try replacing the pump. If you buy it from this site and that does not fix the problem you can return it.

If that is not the problem then use the tech notes to check out the door lock assembly, motor control unit and main control unit. At the end of the day you may end up replacing them one at a time just to see if that fixes the problem.
