I have a Whirlpool Duet Washer that has a door that came open during a cycle. Now it will not lock. I know that it has to be a simple part that I need. I have already unplugged and restarted the machine many times.
you need a new Door Latch Mech. I would also replace the Strike mounted to the door!!!
