My microwave completely died and has no power. I called a repair tech and was told that the Control Board was bad and needed to be replaced. I did that and it is still dead. The tech says I need to replace the entire over the range unit which is going to be costly.
I know that the fuses are good and it is obviously not the control board.
What could cause the entire unit to have no power?
