I have a Whirlpool Heavy Duty Extra Large Capacity washer machine. My wife decided to over fill the washer with about 20 towels. As the washer began to wash the towels, the towels tangled inside, causing the washer to do a clicking noise. After about 6 to 8 clicks… the washer does not cycle. I try to put it in "Rinse" or "Spin" and nothing. The only thing that works is the water level buttons. HELP! Any ideas on what can be replaced?
Does the motor run? Does it make any noise?
