Hello! I have a whirlpool quiet partner ii. I have had it almost close to a year now. It has run fine and I’ve never had a problem with it. All of the sudden it has stopped spraying water for the top rack. When the little door for the soap is opened during a cycle, the soap is not dissolved. It becomes a glue like past and nothing get clean. I have hand washed the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher, I’ve even changed soap brands. I am completely lost on how to fix this. I am not a gadget fixer by any means. So if someone could please tell me how to fix my problem without making it sound complicated that would be AMAZING!!! I also don’t know what the model number is because like I said this is not my thing. I honestly don’t even know where to begin looking for the model number… but if anyone can help that would save me. Thank you
