Whirlpool side by side refrigerator/freezor, model ED5LHEXTD00. The freezer ice started melting, water started dripping out of freezer. I unplugged the thing and waited a few hours. Pulled out the Ice bin and cleaned up all the dripped water on the bottom of the freezer. After about 4 hours, I plugged it back in. I can see the fan in the back by the compressor going, and can hear the compressor. the fan in the freezer is blowing and the port that goes to the refrigerator can feel the fan blowing. It I turn the thermostat on and off it wil shut off and then back on. What is the problem, the defroster switch? and where is it on this model refigerator? Is it near the thermostat on the refrigerator side, or on the back panel of the freezer (meaning I have to take the freezer back all apart). Thankyou for any help.
