Did you recently have the water supply turned off for some reason?
If so you may have air in the water line and will need to bleed the air out of the line at the connector near the bottom freezer door hinge.
If not, I would suspect that the dispenser valve assembly on the fill valve is starting to fail, allowing water to seep / drip from the dispenser.
The water valve is located on the back of the unit, and may require removing the lower access panel. You will be required to move the refrigerator out to access the back, you can then use the water supply line to trace the tube to the fill valve.
If you do need to replace the valve, make sure you turn the water supply off first.
Have a good day
