I removed agitator but how do I remove old Cam,dogs ,etc to install a new agitator repair kit? Thank You.

My Amana Washing Machine will not agitate in Ex-Large Load ONLY. It spins okay and agitate in Small, and Medium Loads but not in EX-large Load. What can be wrong?
