Hello all,
Today, I just realize that my refrigerator has sound of dropping water. Then I open my freezer and then I saw some water dropping from the top to a hole at the bottom of the freezer.

Question 1> Is it a problem? Because I can see some water leaking outside the tray.
Question 2> I don’t use refrigerator to produce ice or filter water, can I close the water valve at the back of the refrigerator. Will this damage the product?
