2 Days Ago The Dryer Would Not Turn Off Automatically, But It Was Blowing Hot Air… Today It Still Won’t Turn Off (auto) And Now It Is Blowing Cold Air (like It’s On Cool Down)…
The reason the dryer would not shut off is because there is no heat. The timer is fine. You either need a new element or a thermal fuse, that is located on top of the heating element assembly. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at http://www.applianceeducator.com Tom

The first thing that should be checked is the electrical
outlet (or source). It would be a good idea to check it
it at the outlet and where the cord connects to the terminal
block on the dryer itself.
