Wine frige not cooling

Hi I have a G.E. Monogram wine reserve(refrigerator) that is not cooling. It seems to function, make noise, the coils are clean, the the compressor makes it’s normal sound while running, except the fan doesn’t come on. The compressor is also warm to the touch. Could it just be the fan? If so how do I find a replacement, I can’t find a serial number anywhere? Thank you, Steve.

Same problem. Model # ZDBC240NABS

Replaced the Thermostat - same problem.

Replacing the Starter Relay and Overload switch but now it trips the GFI.

Need confirmation on the wiring diagram for the starter relay. Relay Number 8EA4B3. Three wires - Red, Black, and Blue.

Any help with correct wiring to the relay is appreciated.
