I need a second opinion before I order my part. I have water working at the door but the ice maker does not receive water. The ice maker is cycling fine and I have no frozen/blocked lines. I went to my water inlet valve and unhooked the ice maker side connectors. I then made a wire with alligator clips and applied 120v directly to the valve. Nothing happened. No sound at all. Am I correct on the inlet valve being bad? Thanks!
