My washer has been run with an off-balanced load on and off at times. (Someone does not get to it in time to balance the load) It now leaks with a drip to light flow at the bottom of the machine. I think it is due to the ‘abusive unbalanced use’. The basket seems to show excessive play as it moves from side to side more than (I think) it used to; and the agitator has about 1 inch of play when I lift up on it.
Is this a ‘common’ problem and… one that I can fix without too much trouble?
Thanks, RPaul.
Remove the front panel and tell us where the leak is.
It seems the water is leaking at the base of the tub in the center. If the picture shows; the leak is where part 20 meets the base of the tub. There is a rubber piece there and the water has a ‘drip to light flow’ at that point. ALSO… I need to fix the loose tub - or so it seems to be more loose than before. Can I just tighten the springs? or is there a ‘regular’ fix for this? Thanks… RPaul.
My dishwasher cycles for hours in the smart wash dial, but doesn’t clean well. We rinse dishes and still have poor results and they stay very wet. Please help. Thanks, Miggie
