My side by side is freezing all my food on fresh side, especially top shelf, and drawers. Water line is not working and neither is ice maker. What could be problem and how difficult is it to fix myself. I am fairly handy with tools but wondering if the difficulty is worth the money saved to have someone come in. Thanks
