Hello,
I have the GE Profile with the ice maker, so when I press the ice maker button at the door when the "cube ice" settings selected, and I simulate the door close switch to see what happens , the solenoid in the ice maker goes up, but the augor motor will not turn. I took the assembly out, bought another motor, installed it, but same issue still remains.
I’m not sure how to check if there is power going into the motor , and if there is no power, what should I check next?
