Briken outer door frame on Whirlpool microwave

The outer door frame on my Whirlpool GH7145KF microwave is broken. I ordered a new frame from APP and received it very promptly (Great service. Thanks.) Unfortunately, doing the actual replacement is not as easy as was getting the part. I’ve looked at all the frame and handle replacement threads on the APP Repair Forum and while I get the general idea, the Whirlpool door is somewhat different in that I can find no way to remove the door without first removing the outer frame. (There is no cover in the upper hinge corner that can be removed to provide access to the upper hinge.) So my question is this. Once I remove the three screws on the handle side of the door, do I just use a putty knife to pry off the inner (black) frame to gain access to the handle screws which will in turn allow me to pry off the outer door frame? Or is there some secret method I don’t see? Even better, is there a way to gain internet access to the repair manual for this model? Thanks for your help. John
