After Running A Clean Cycle My Model kebc107kss0 Oven Will Not Heat Everything Else Works. Does A Thermostat Need To Be Replaced And How?

Have you tried flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times?

Odds are that you blew the thermal fuse (Item 37 in Section 4).
