Kitchen Aid Wall Oven Won't Heat

We have two of these ovens and when I cleaned both recently one of them no longer heats. The display works, says it’s heating, but no heat is generated. I have looked at many sites/forums and the consensus seems to be that it is the thermal fuse. However, when I contacted Whirlpool, they indicated that this model has no fuse. Any ideas what is wrong? Could this part go by another name? Of course, this appliance is off warranty and we really don’t want to have to pay for a service call if we can repair it ourselves.

Thanks so much!
