I removed the rear access panel on the dryer. There isn’t a bonding jumper. There is a green wire attached to the green ground screw. I can’t tell if the green wire is attached to the white wire (neutral). So, do I disconnect the green wire from the grounding screw? If so, do I connect the green wire to the dryer’s frame?
