I BOUGHT THIS WASHER USED SO I DONT KNOW THE TRUE AGE,AFTER IT GOES THROUGH ALL OF ITS CYCLES WHICH IT SEEMS TO DO FINE THE CLOTHES ARE SOAKED,ALMOST DRIPPING,I ,TRIED THE SPIN CYCLE AGAIN WITH THE SAME RESULTS,WHEN I PUT IT ON SPIN AGAIN I NOTICED I CAN HEAR SOME WATER GOING UP THE DRAIN,IF ANYONE CAN HELP IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED,JUST DONT WANT TO HAVE TO SINK A LOT OF MONEY INTON IT.
If you think it is spinning correctly, take off the cabinet and clean out the drain hoses from the tub to outside drain, and check the outside drain.
Check the pump to make sure it is not broken and that something is not caught in it (usually a sock from someone overloading the washer.
thanks,i will try to check that today

i checked all drains and all is clear, nothing in pump and nothing looks broken, can it still be a bad pump, doesnt look like theres anything to really go wrong with it.
Well it could be something broken in the pump, but if you pulled it off to check it you should have notice something amiss when you look into it to see if there was a blockage.
You need to see if it is spinning fast enough, so do this. With no clothes in the washer, put it the water level on the highest setting and when it fills up move open the lid and move the timer to the spin cycle. Then with the lid up, insert a screw driver in the lid switch receptacle and water what happens. You should be able to tell how fast and quickly it drains, and whether or not it spins at the right speed. If the water does not completely drain out fairly quickly, or completely through the spin cycle you probably have a bad pump or some obtstruction you havenβt found yet.
Is it possible for a motor to slow down, due to age, reducing the rate of drum spin?
No really, if your tub is not spinning fast enough then you probably have clutch/brake issues. See the Sticky by Richappy at the top of this page for info on checking out the clutch and brakes, and also see this video.
