Clothes still wet after spin cycle

Clothes are still pretty wet after washer has finished. Have to put on drain and spin after washing. Checked pump and hose for blockages and found none. Took pump apart and looks good also. Pulled agitator out and checked the metal collar that’s over spindle shafts and tabes are in groves and groves look good. Don’t know where to go from here. Any help would be great. Thanks a bunch
