Code F2E1

oven shuts off and code F2E1 appears in clock ??? Any ideas:)

Most likely the problem is a bad keypad. If you need the correct part number, post the Complete model number of the range and the color of the key pad.

Captn Tom,

Like Gene stated,

You most likely have a bad touchpad assembly / failed key on the key pad, on the other hand it could also be a bad control board, but not likely at this point.

The F2 E1 code is an indication that the control board is not seeing a circuit from one or more of the keys on the panel.

You’ll need a complete Model number to order the correct part(s).

Good Luck,

Same problem for me. We have a Kitchen Aide stove, model KGRS807SWH00

Can someone provide a part number for the keypad? We’ve replaced the control board and now have this error.

GroundControl

Below are your parts

The keypad is item 2 in section 08.
Click on it’s picture for more info and a Q&A section.

The error is an open keypad erro so it could also be the ribbon cable.
