Callme Ol School But I Used To Rebuild Appliances For A Major Retailer Down South, Now I Have A Kenmore Fridge Probably Made By Whirlpool That Has No Defrost Timer So Anyone Have Any Ideas? In The Past I Would Have Checked The Timer.
You have an adaptive defrost board, here is the tech sheet which tells how to force a defrost cycle.

Thanks for the input and i already have the schematic but i believe that the fridge is in defrost mode now ad i just want to take it out and see if the compressor works right now all i have working are the lights no fans or compressor working
If you unplug the unit, leave the power off for a couple minutes and then plug it in again it should run.
I unpluged the fridge 3 times nothing happened lights are still on no other activity, no compressor no fans.
Could be that the defrost board is toast.
With it plugged in fiddle with the temperature control to see if it will fire up.
If no.
Unplug the wires going to the thermostat and check that the thermostat contacts are closed (0 ohms).
If you do not have a meter. Unplug the unit. Remove the wires from the thermostat and short them together. Make sure they cannot short to anything else, tape them up if you have to.
Plug the unit in and give it a try.
Not really.
Usually the problem is no defrost so you force a defrost cycle.
Yours is no run mode and there is no way to test this that I know of.
You could check that it is getting power, P7 to P4 should be 120 volts.
